Vision and Mission 

The Vision

  Zanzibar Legal Services Centre seeks to ensure that every person in Zanzibar, especially the poor, women, and children, the disabled and other disadvantaged sections of the society has basic understanding of the legal and human rights principles and can act on them in order to build a society based on the rule of law, good governance and observance of human rights norms

The Mission

The Centre’s major aim is to provide legal services to the poor, women, children, and disadvantaged sections of the society; promote and advocate for the respect and observance of human rights; popularise knowledge of law and produce publications in all areas of legal concern to the people of Zanzibar.
